Tech Talk Webcast featuring Lamont Rumbers, formerly of Sam’s Club, focused on understanding, managing and reducing cost of quality

During the interactive FSQA Tech Talk session, Mr. Rumbers shared insights on understanding, managing and reducing cost of quality including:
