The July 31 FSMA Fridays session will discuss:

- How are companies approaching building “FSMA-compliant” food safety plans?
- How are companies with HACCP plans feeling? Do they think they’re “good” and do not have much to do to satisfy the food safety plan requirements?
- Are companies planning to do a lot more testing as part of FSMA readiness?
- How are companies approaching supply chain risk controls for FSMA compliance?
- The team will also answer audience questions live.
As always, the FSMA Fridays session will begin with a general FSMA update from Dr. Acheson.
